Originally named Bournemouth Beaches, Smart Holiday Rentals affiliate of Smart Home Rentals (SHR) was founded by two friends in 2007. Whether the purpose for your short break is due to business, temporary home or for leisure we will match you to one of our carefully selected properties and our staff will provide you with genuine hospitality and care. Holiday lettings is our main area of business and as such local tourism plays a huge part. The team are aware of the importance of giving back and we have strong links with the Dorset Wildlife Trust. There is a donation option should you wish to contribute. It is this love of the local surroundings that has inspired our five mascots, unique to the Dorset area. Having retained trusted face to face contact, a strong high street presence and a high standard of ethics, you can ensure that our local office and local team will provide you with a personal service.
