We are located within 10 minutes walking distance of the centre of Rye with its many diverse amenities and annual major cultural events. We are within distance of world famous gardens and the sea with its sandy beach, Nature Reserve and Coastal Path. Your hosts are Beatrix and Bryan, who extend a warm welcome offering a comfortable double bed room with basic kitchen facilities and en–suite shower room and toilet. This incorporates its own entrance and a small outside sitting area. We offer a light continental breakfast consisting of muesli, croissants, toast, jam, Marmalade, cheese, cold meats and some fruit, vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free breakfast. There is free WiFi throughout the property. The accommodation is unsuitable for guests with disabilities.
We are very dedicated to make your stay a lovely experience. We will meet and great you. The rest of the time is yours. We will be available throughout your stay to answer any questions. English and German spoken.
We are located in Rye, East Sussex, England. Rye is full of interesting places including coffee shops, restaurants, museums, art galleries, antique shops and a lovely small cinema. Rye is famous for its unique history. The Heritage Centre is worth a visit for the sound and light show of the Rye town model.
