As you enter the bright hallway, there is an option to have the ground floor reception room as either double bedroom with wardrobe and side table, or alternatively as a separate dining room. The second reception has two 3-seater, studded leather sofas and dining table. The back door opens into a paved courtyard garden, with bistro table to seat two, making this an ideal space for alfresco dining. The kitchen which is located to the rear of the ground floor off the living/dining area, with dove grey head and base units. Ceramic sink, skylight over the breakfast bar area with three chairs. A variety of integrated appliances, washer/dryer, dishwasher, electric oven and hob, fridge, freezer. Cookware, crockery, and cutlery is provided. To the first floor is a single bedroom with bed, side table and wardrobe. There is a further double bedroom, with bed and side table, walk in wardrobe. The house bathroom has a sunken p-shaped bath, rainfall style shower over bath, basin, and WC. Glass wall mounted display shelves and heated towel rail. To the third floor is the 4th bedroom, with double bed. Parking is free on street. Cot provided upon request.
