Located in a 1908 stone house on the banks of the Seine, on Lacroix Island, 10 minutes by foot from the city center. Shops are within 200 meters: a convenience store, butcher, bakery, and a bar-tobacconist. The garden is on the banks of the Seine and offers a stunning view of Rouen Cathedral. Everything is within walking distance: train station (20 min), shops (2 min), city center (10 min), Seine River banks (0 min). In the living room, a sofa bed can accommodate 1 additional guest.
I was looking for a nice place to set up our company office in Rouen. I found this beautiful house on Lacroix Island in the heart of Rouen. I love old buildings with a long history. So I decided to buy this house with my business partner and we set up our offices on the ground floor. The third floor is a free apartment that we decided to rent out to tourists who want to discover this beautiful city from this lovely island.
The Lacroix Island is located in the heart of Rouen, in the middle of the Seine. It is 10 minutes walk from the city center and you will be able to buy food in the neighborhood (butcher, bakery, grocery store, tobacco, bar). The Lacroix island is great if you like sports : swimming pool, ice rink, tree climbing, hiking, kayaking.
