A beautiful self contained suite with vaulted ceilings and views over the river. This open plan Studio suite is on the top floor of a former pension de famille overlooking the River Aven. Newly renovated, the accommodation is of high quality and stylishly furnished with comfortable beds and bedlinen, art and vintage pieces. There is an ensuite bathroom and a kitchenette and a small dining table. The studio has an outside terrace shared with the apartment next door. There is a table and chairs. Access from the property is via the rear of the property and there are just two steps, and leads directly on the footpath to the river and the Bois D’Amour, and just a few hundred metres from the centre of Pont Aven and its galleries and selection of excellent restaurants.
I have run a successful business renting out holiday properties in Brittany, France since 2005. I live locally and love the area for its unspoilt natural coastline, magnificent beaches, great food and authenticity. I love decoration and to travel and explore. Happy to answer questions by text and email.
In a picturesque location the apartment is ideally located 300 m from the centre of Pont Aven, a pretty walk along the Xavier Grall takes you to the shops, galleries and restaurants. Pont Aven has lots to do you can kayak, paddle board or go horse riding. The area is stunning for walking. The apartment has direct access to the footpaths along the river through the Bois D’Amour and to the Chapelle de Tremalo, or follow the stunning footpath along the estuary to the sea. The beautiful beaches and coastline are 10km away.
