Our newly renovated gite is over 2 floors. Next to our other rentable property so it is a shared driveway with own front door. Plenty of parking, outside seating areas and access to a bbq / smoker. One measures 168 x 83cm and the other 180 x 109 cm. Whilst we do not mind the charigng of electric bikes in our garage only and not left overnight, the charging of electric vehicles is strictly forbidden. Charging is available in our local town and supermarkets. The square footage of the building does not include the bathroom space

We as hosts really enjoying meeting new people from all over the world. Ensuring that our holiday homes have everything that you could possibly need or want. Sally speaks a little French and we are both learning the language. We relocated to France from the UK early 2023 and are absolutely loving the area, live style and people who are so generous and friendly.

We are situated in the countryside with farm land on 3 sides of the house. A small village hall opposite and 2 neighbours who are not that close. We are set back from the main road which can take you to local towns of Sourdeval, Tinchebray, Vire and Flers. Excellent local restaurants with lots of weekly events happening nearby. Lots of activities are close to the house, such as golf, canoeing, lots of walking and cycling trails along with a short drive to attractions such as zoos and a fairground. Boutique shops are in the local towns and you are only an hour away from the beaches, Mont St Michel as well as Caen.
