Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 80 m² house in Marquise for rent, which can accommodate up to 5 people. It comprises a pretty 20 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room. Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included. We're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises First floor: - 20 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area - Fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob... - Bathroom with shower and WC First floor: - Bedroom 1: with double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 2: with bunk bed (sleeps 3) For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board. Other notes : - Baby equipment available on request, at extra charge - Bed linen and towels included. - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to availability of the person in charge of reception. A supplement of 5 euro/hour will be charged. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean appliances after use. - In the event of damage to the accommodation, the deposit will be retained at the end of your stay.
