Perfectly located to quickly reach the center of Lyon, the Presqu'île or the station of Perrache by transport. The apartment includes the following amenities: A bright living area with a bay window, double bed (140x190 cm), and storage furniture. An open kitchen fully equipped with a stove, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, refrigerator/freezer, dishes, cutlery, and cooking utensils. A dining table with two chairs. TV A bathroom with shower, sink unit with storage, toilet, and towel dryer. Blackout curtains at the window. Orange Wifi (Note: TV is currently not working.)
