Este antiguo convento del siglo XVI, situado en el centro histórico de Beaune y resguardado por sus murallas, es ahora un bonito hotel de 3 estrellas. El Hotel Athanor Centre está a pocos pasos de los famosos Hospices de Beaune, la basílica de Notre-Dame y la zona comercial. Las habitaciones son confortables, están decoradas de forma individual y presentan un ambiente agradable. Todas disponen de baño moderno. Hay conexión Wi-Fi gratuita vía hotspot en las habitaciones y las zonas comunes. El bar del establecimiento cuenta con mesa de billar y es tranquilo y acogedor.
