Set in a very lively Mediterranean environment dominated by tropical plants, pine and palm trees, villa Susana enjoys of a quiet location only 5 Min. drive from the center of Moraira, a beautiful little coast town where a large variety of restaurants, bars and shops can be found together with 2 of the most refined beaches of the “Costa Blanca” with various water activities to be explored. The area surrounding Villa Susana shines with beauty and calmness throughout providing panoramic views over the majestic landscape. Enter through a drive with parking capacity for 1 car, that access to the spacious terrace and pool area, dominated by a lively garden filled with different flower plants, Mediterranean plants and trees and a gravel floor leading toward the private swimming pool.
