El Sant Jaume ocupa un bonito edificio del siglo XIX. Es un pequeño hotel situado en el corazón de la localidad medieval de Alcúdia y rodeado por las antiguas murallas de la ciudad. Todas las habitaciones incluyen conexión inalámbrica a internet gratuita. El Sant Jaume se ubica en un edificio histórico de estilo clásico mallorquín. El edificio se ha renovado manteniendo muchos de sus elementos originales. Cuenta con una terraza y las habitaciones tienen tradicionales suelos de cerámica.
