Stunning 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms (+ additional guest toilet) ground floor with private terrace, private garden and private pool. From the apartment there is a direct access to the large luxurious commnal pool. The open plan kitchen is fully fitted with fridge, microwave, extractor, oven, freezer, coffee machine, blender, toaster and full set of cutlery and crockery. The kitchen connects with the beautiful dinning table and 6 chairs. In the living room there is a sofa corner with flat screet smart TV and a cozy leather reclining electric sofa. Roofed terrace makes one space together with the open garden and private pool easily accessible by a few stairs only. There are sunbeds and an exterior furniture set on the terrace. The music sound system is available throught the house. There are beautiful sea views from the terrace, the garden and the private pool. In the garden there is a private shower too.

Built on the golf corse of Calanova, this high end urbanisation called One Residences is located in the upper La Cala de Mijas (Riviera del Sol area). From the apartment you can easily walk 2 minutes to the Calanova Golf restuarant and the golf course. In 5 minutes by car you can reach the city center of the city La Cala de Mijas, with its many amenities such as stores, shops, supermarkets, flea market, bars, restaurants, pharmacy, beauty and hair saloons etc.
