Ideal for a holiday, to relax in the beautiful town of Benalmadena, to work online, and in general to enjoy the gastronomy, the good weather, the beach and the endless possibilities of the area. Very quiet area and very well communicated by bus and train and only a short distance from the city centre. Also 20 minutes walking distance to the beach and the beautiful marina. The house also has a garden and patio, 4 bedrooms (three doubles and one single) and 3 bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has an en suite bathroom. Upstairs, there is a laundry room with washing machine and dryer and a sun terrace and underneath the first floor there is a private parking area.

The property is situated in a very quiet neighbourhood but within a few minutes walk, one finds the town centre with its shops, restaurants, bars, supermarkets and its magnificent atmosphere where one can enjoy a coffee thanks to the blessed weather we have. Benalmadena also has the largest Buddhist temple in Europe and the magnificent Colomares Castle, a very special piece of architecture, at the top of the town. Benalmadena Pueblo is a typical Andalusian white village and discovering its streets, houses and decorations is another of the pleasures nearby. The beautiful marina of Benalmadena, which in 1993 and 1995 was considered the best marina in the world, is about 20 minutes walk away. Another place of interest in Benalmadena is the Parque de la Paloma. In the area of Torrequebrada and Torremuelle, you can find beautiful coves with cafes and restaurants with incredible sea views.
