Escape the routine in this private home located in beautiful Punta Cana. This spacious 2-level house has a beautiful private patio with a grill and a pool where you can enjoy a relaxing retreat away from the daily hustle. Just 15-minute drive from the Punta Cana International airport, local beaches and other popular tourist attractions. You’ll be a 5-minute drive from downtown Punta Cana, many grocery stores, restaurants, nightlife and entertainment such as Coco Bongo and the Hard Rock Café. The villa is located on a private and gated residential that has easy access to the main punts cana's highway and you can get anywhere in Punta Cana within 10-15 mins driving. The residential complex counts with 2 shared pools, 2 common areas with enough space to accommodate private events and a basketball court. There is plenty of space to walk, run or exercise outdoors.
