I am looking forward to welcome you to my holiday home with spa and sauna located in one of the most beautiful places in Denmark. The whole house has free wi-fi. In the living room there is a large new flat screen TV with lots of TV channels and the option of using your own Netflix or Viaplay subscription. The house has its own parking space in front of the house, but there is also ample opportunity to park for free in other parking spaces close to the house if you come in several cars. Important info: You must ensure that you bring bed linen and towels. The house is number 805.

Hence, this house is, in general, better equipped than most of the houses in the area. I bought the house in 2022 and I am continously improving the house. Booking the holiday home gives access to the entire Søhøjlandet resort's activities either free of charge or for a small fee, and there are many activities such as playgrounds, large bouncy cushion, mini golf, trampolines, tennis, table tennis, squash, volleyball, hockey, bicycle rental, indoor climbing course, archery, treasure hunt for the little ones, etc. In the home, there will be wristbands that give free access to the tropical water park, which includes has a 56 m long water slide with light and sound effects, jacuzzi, sauna and warm entertaining children's pool. There are also plenty of opportunities for trotting in the hilly countryside. Close to the holiday home you will find Søhøjlandets Golf Club with a beautiful 18-hole international golf course (par 72) and a 9-hole short course (par 66). The club has its own lounge and restaurant. Søhøjlandet's central building also has a restaurant that overlooks the large play area, so you can relax on the terrace with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine while the children play. The holiday home is located in some of Denmark's most beautiful nature in the middle of Gjern Bakker, close to Himmelbjerget and the beautiful Silkeborg lakes. At the same time, there is only 40 min. by car to the center of Aarhus with plenty of shopping, restaurants and experiences such as The Old City, Tivoli Freedom and a wide range of museums for both children and adults. If it's a hot summer day, Aarhus also offers up to several child-friendly beaches. A few kilometers from the home is the small, cozy village of Gjern, which offers various service and grocery stores.
