Holiday cottage for 20 people. Undisturbed, attractive and rare location near the stunning natural beauty with abundant bird life. The house overlooks the Nissum Fjord and is located approx. 4 km from the North Sea. Particularly ideal for larger families and companies - but also with the possibility of privacy as the house is furnished with 4 kitchens (including 2 with dishwasher and microwave), large bedrooms with good closet space and 4 living rooms. Common house with access to the laundry room with both washer, dryer and freezer. There is a payphone. The garden to the south has a lawn where there is room for many activities. There are swings, sandpit, football goals and a course where you can play "beach volleyball". No letting to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

DanCenter's payment terms and conditions apply. Booking.com's terms and conditions apply to cancellations. A prepayment of 25% of the rental price is due after booking is made, the balance due no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival. If you book less than 40 days before arrival the total rental amount is due immediately after booking. Services such as final cleaning, bed linen and other are optionally available for a fee, but only if listed as bookable extras in the house description. In case guest opts to clean the house themselves, a cleaning audit charge of 220 DKK will be applicable.
