With two cozy bedrooms, one featuring a double box spring bed by Schramm (180x200cm) and the other with a sofa bed (160x200cm), a stylish living room, and an open kitchen, you’ll experience a harmonious living atmosphere. The open spaces create an inviting ambiance, while the dining area is perfect for enjoyable evenings with friends or family. Enjoy the benefits of a fantastic SieMatic kitchen, equipped with an induction stove, oven, dishwasher, and wine fridge. Additionally, the kitchen features a Quooker, allowing you to easily generate hot and sparkling water. After an adventurous day by the coast, an infrared shower awaits you to relax your body and mind. The highlight of the Ocean Breeze Suite is the sea view, which you can enjoy from the balcony. Here, you can breathe in the fresh North Sea air and perfectly unwind. The apartment on the first floor is easily accessible by elevator and offers all the modern amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Wi-Fi, an open ethanol fireplace, washer-dryer, underfloor heating, and a private parking space ensure that you feel completely at ease during your stay. Many of the high-quality furnishings come from the Bornhold Manufaktur in Hamburg and have been custom-made. Brands such as Schramm, ASCO, Jacaranda, Christine Knöcke, and VIPP represent the standard and quality of this vacation apartment. Your four-legged friend is also welcome, as pets are gladly allowed in the Sunset Suite. After a long walk, there’s a dog wash station in the building’s basement for your furry friend.

List, the northernmost village in Germany, is located on the island of Sylt and offers a picturesque setting for our vacation apartment. The village is known for its thatched Frisian houses, which blend harmoniously into the landscape. The surroundings are characterized by dune landscapes, long sandy beaches, and the Wadden Sea, which is a UNESCO World Heritage site. The List harbor is a central point of the village, offering a maritime atmosphere with seafood restaurants where fresh oysters and freshly caught fish are served. Ferries to the Danish island of Rømø also depart from here. The region around the List Ellenbogen, a peninsula in the north, offers pure nature between dunes and lighthouses. The beaches are ideal for swimming and walking, with the West Beach known for its surf waves. A special highlight is the moving dune, which shifts at a rate of seven meters per year. The Nature Forces Experience Center, with 1,500 m² of exhibition space, offers fascinating insights into the natural forces that shape the island.
