The vacation apartment is located in a newly built house in Grafenaschau - directly on the Murnauer Moos. Nestled between Moos, Staffelsee and the Alps, you have all the possibilities to organize your vacation according to your wishes. A separately accessible maisonette apartment with two rooms awaits you as a vacation home. The ground-floor living area is very bright and comfortably furnished with a couch, sideboard and TV thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows and patio door. The integrated kitchen and dining area with a view of the foothills of the Alps complete the picture. When the weather is nice, you can of course also have breakfast or relax on your own south/east-facing terrace with a view of the mountains. The oak staircase, still handcrafted by a local carpenter, leads to the bedroom on the lower floor. Like the living area, the bedroom also has beautiful oak floorboards. The bed measures 180 x 200 cm and is fitted with high-quality latex mattresses (medium firmness). The morning sun greets you through a 3m wide window front facing east. Late risers can darken the rooms with electric blinds (bedroom). Adjacent to the bedroom is the generously sized shower room/WC, equipped with a towel radiator and hairdryer, and a storage room with washing machine. All rooms are equipped with underfloor heating, which you can regulate individually.

Grafenaschau is a small community with around 650 inhabitants and an insider tip against noise and stress.
