Please note that our property offers online check-in only and does not have a reception desk. However, our customer support team is available by phone and always ready to help. If a child under 6 years of age is allowed to stay free of charge according to the booking conditions, the child is accommodated free of charge without a separate bed, bed linen and towels. An extra set of towels can be provided on request at an additional cost. This is a non-smoking apartment. Please pay attention to the following purposes to be charged extra: 1. Smoking (including electronic devices) - 300 euros. 2. Smoke detector removed - 300 euros. 3. Violation of house rules (pets, disturbing the peace, etc.) - 150 euros. 4. Non confirmed late check-out up to 4 hours - 50 euros. 5. Non confirmed late check-out from 4 hours - daily price. 6. More people staying than booked - 15 euros for each extra guest per night. 7. Apartment or common spaces left in an extremely dirty condition - amount of extra needed cleaning hours.

Our accommodation is located in the city center of Osnabrück. Not far away (1.8 km) the Bürgerpark, where you can take a relaxing walk. You can also visit the historic city hall, 1 km away, and enjoy the breathtaking view. Don't forget to visit St. Peter's Cathedral, which is 1.2 km away from the apartment.
