Exclusive 130qm apartment with direct terrace access from the large, open kitchen and dining room. A bathroom de luxe with underfloor heating, large, walk in shower and bathtub and window invites. The very large (35qm), bright and modern living room with ethanol fireplace, satellite TV, tea corner is cozy. The apartment has two floors, ground floor and basement. We are located directly on the green belt.
5 - 10 minutes walk to the Rhine meadows, Rhinebeach 1km. The Reeser Meer(3,5 km) and Millinger 2,5km beach in nature is not far for water lovers.
