Property information

In our family-friendly farm in a quiet south-facing location in the Birnbach district, we offer one-room and two-room holiday flats for 2-4 people, a three-room flat for 2 adults and up to 4 children. In the two-room flats on the ground floor and first floor, the kitchen is equipped with a 4-plate electric cooker, oven, refrigerator and dishwasher. In the one-room flats there is a 2-plate electric cooker, microwave and refrigerator. We can provide a mini oven. In the three-room flat there is also a well-equipped kitchen with 4 hot plates, oven, refrigerator and dishwasher. A lounge is available for our guests and you can indulge yourself with a breakfast or end the eventful day with a cosy get-together with friends. In the garden or on our terraces there is room for a barbecue and you can enjoy the evening. A bread roll and beverage service is available for your convenience.

Neighbourhood information

The Reit im Winkl golf course is in the immediate vicinity and for those in good shape we are a perfect starting point for a bike tour or hike. We are partner landlord/operator of the Reit im Winkler swimming card and Benz-Eck ski lifts. This gives you the opportunity to receive further free services in addition to our own, such as free admission to the outdoor and indoor swimming pools, the Kössener Wald open-air swimming pool and Walchsee, and in winter free travel on the Benzeck lifts with a cost contribution of EUR 1. Cross-country ski trails and ski lifts are easily accessible by ski bus. Our small animals, calves and horses are always happy to be petted. In summer, our young cattle are happy about a visit to our nearby alpine pasture. Children will find plenty to play and discover with us.
