Las dependencias del Landhaus Friedrichshoehe, contiguas al hotel, cuentan con un parque propio de 6.000 m². El centro de Bad Reichenhall, con su parque, su sala de conciertos y su zona peatonal con tiendas preciosas, se encuentra a sólo 5 minutos a pie.
