Company information

The building belongs to the company mountains, rivers, lakes, a.s., which since 2020 operates the ski resort Klepáčov and adjacent buildings.

Property information

The cottage on the ski slope is located at the boarding station of the ski lift Sobotín - Klepáčov. In the winter season, it is a strategic accommodation for skiers who do not waste time traveling, but are taken straight from the cottage to the top. In summer, the location of the accommodation offers a start for walks around the Jeseníky Mountains. The building has 3 double newly built apartments with private bathroom and kitchen on the ground floor and there are also multi-room apartments on the 1st and 2nd floor for larger groups of guests. A group of guests up to 14 people will be accommodated in the apartment only on the 1st floor. Double beds in the whole building are formed by the collapse of 2 beds to maintain the variability of accommodation. Accommodation with pets is allowed, but a fee is charged, as well as it is possible to order a gas grill and fuel, also for a fee - the order must be specified in advance, by e-mail or SMS, or a note in the order.
