Villa Overview: The villa is new build (2021) on Aphrodite Hills – a luxury four bedroom villa with breathtaking sea views, located on prestigious Poseidon Grand Villas. This stunning new build villa is the perfect combination of modern luxury and great location. The sea views from the pool and poolside terrace are spectacular. Outside, there is a spacious terrace with dining tables and chairs, gas BBQ and a fantastic 10x5m private, infinity-edge pool that has roman steps entrance too. Inside, the interiors are bright and modern, with the furniture and fittings to the highest standards. The ground floor has a spacious living area and dining area and a large kitchen that is fitted with luxurious appliances (including Nespresso coffee machine). The living area has stunning sea views via the sweeping patio doors, so you can really make the most of the scenery even when you’re chilling out indoors. The ground floor hosts the first of the double bedrooms, with ensuite bathroom (modern shower). Upstairs three double bedrooms are located including the impressive master bedroom, all of which ensuite, with modern showers (master also has bath). Downstairs hosts a cool extra living area, with sofa, TV and games console. There is a bathroom (with shower) on this level, and the sofa is a sofa bed that can sleep two. The villa has air conditioning, free reliable wireless internet and a TV system with comprehensive TV system with International sports and movie channels with playback option. Restaurants and bars are plentiful in both villages and offer a true Cypriot experience!
