The location was excellent. Parking outside I didn’t expect how nice the apartment would be. The large balcony was perfect for sipping a beer on and watching the kings road after a day out. The shower was insanely powerful.

This modern 3-bedroom penthouse is the ideal destination for up to 6 guests seeking a comfortable and functional home away from home. Recently renovated with stylish decor, the penthouse features breathtaking sea views from the spacious 140 sq m layout and comes equipped with all the amenities you need for a memorable stay. Located in a lively tourist area, you'll find plenty of shops, restaurants, and local amenities to explore, with the beach just a 3-minute walk away (300 m). The free high-speed Wi-Fi ensures you can work and play seamlessly, while the fully equipped kitchen and open-plan living-dining room provide ample space for cooking and socializing. Each bedroom has been designed with your comfort in mind and features air conditioning and electric bed-sheets for warmth during the winter months. The fully equipped kitchen comes with all the appliances you need to make delicious meals, including a large fridge-freezer, oven, hob, extractor fan, filter coffee machine, Nespresso coffee machine, reverse osmosis filter water tap, kettle, toaster, and microwave. There's even an orange juicer and blender for those who enjoy fresh-squeezed juices. The kitchen also comes with a dishwasher, freeing you up from manually doing the dishes. Kings Tombs Avenue offers all the local amenities: restaurants with various cuisines, pubs and bars, car rentals and taxis, shops and beauty salons, pharmacies and doctors, all just a few steps from the penthouse. A shopping center (Kings Avenue Mall) is just 1 km away. The penthouse is on the sea side from the main road and it's only 300 meters in a straight line to the nearest beach, which is 3-4 minutes on foot. Closest beaches are Elysium hotel and Kefalos Beach with areas for active games. All the beaches of Cyprus are municipal so you can use any beach anywhere, but the sun beds and umbrellas are usually provided for a fee. There is a promenade along the sea, along which you can walk past the Paphos Archaeological Park and lighthouse to the ancient Paphos Castle and the old harbour (25 minutes). In the other direction are the royal tombs 4 minutes on foot. If you rent a car, it takes 5 minutes to get to Paphos Castle. There is a taxi rank and car rental across the street from the apartment. Near the hotel there is a bus stop (bus 615), if you prefer to use local transport in the city. It also takes you to Coral Bay Beach.

- ELECTRICITY. Please note, electricity is exceptionally expensive in Cyprus, so I would really appreciate if you could use air-conditioning reasonably and make sure to switch everything off when you are not in the apartment.

-Electricity over the typical use will be charged extra by the meter readings from your check-in and check-out. 20 kWh per day is included which is enough for a normal use, and extra will be charged at €0.35/kWh." .

- Bed linen for SOFA-BED (if you book for less then 6 people) is €10/night extra, please reserve in advance.

- LOST KEYS - fine €50 for the key and cost of locksmith if required.
