Spend your time while at Larnaca in our newly renovated, cozy, very spacious and relaxing, and a short walk to the beach! In approximately 58m² apartment, you can expect 2 bedroom, terrace, 1 bathroom, 1 fully equipped kitchen and a cozy dining and a well lit living area. Also, there's no lift needed. Inclusions -Washing Mashine -TV -Hair dryer -Iron -Wardrobe ... and more! The space You rent the entire apartment to yourself and don't have to share it with anyone else. The bedroom... ... has recently been renovated with a color concept of white, light blue and black. There is a double bed and a writing desk. You have a lot of space, large built-in wardrobes, bedside tables, and matching decorations everywhere. The living and dining area ... ... invites you to have a meal, relax or watch Netflix (included for free). If desired you can use the table as a workplace for laptops or you can make yourself comfortable on the beautiful sofa! The area is flooded with light all day through the large balcony. The kitchen... ... offers you everything you need to cook or warm up your food! Pots, a pan, cutlery and crockery are available as well as can openers, corkscrews and sharp knives. You are invited to drink one of the available sorts of tea. A microwave, kettle and a coffee machine complete the fully equipped kitchen. The patio... ... is ideal for coffee moment, a yoga workout or just relaxing. Other things to note The Internet speed is up to 100 Mbit/ second due to a fiberglass cable, which is definitely sufficient for all types of applications. Whether streaming films, working, uploading data packages (up to 25 Mbit upload), etc. For the security of our guests and the safety of our apartment, we have external security camera installed located just outside the apartment, heading/pointing towards the entrance. Please know that we don't monitor the camera 24/7 and only use it for unpredictable circumstances.
