The infinity pool with a view of the South Pacific Ocean is PRIVATE and for your use ONLY . The PRIVATE terrace accessed from your accommodation through sliding glass doors , is also for your use ONLY. The garden that surrounds the property has a Mountain View to the side and an ocean view to the front. (Pleases see the photo gallery) The ocean breeze cools the property and dispels unwanted insects . The bed is queen size and has organic cotton linen sheets and pillowcases. Good Quality mattress. The shower room has a powerful shower with constant hot water. Organic cotton towels are provided. Beach towels are provided . The separate toilet and washbasin with hot water. Both these rooms are within the accommodation. The floors are cool tiles inside and on the terrace . ( please see the photo gallery) The kitchenette has a fridge with a small freezer compartment, microwave, coffee machine, blender, toaster. Cutlery , crockery, glasses, cups, napkins, chopping board, sieve , bread knife .and a sink with hot and cold water. 5 double sockets for appliances. Wi-fi . Ceiling fan, air-con. Please be aware that this is a third -world country. Power outages, water turned off for a few hours etc. are beyond our control. We keep the holiday suite immaculate. You will not see any insects .

We will be at the property to welcome you and make sure you are comfortable and have everything you need . Please arrive after 3pm and before 6pm . It is not safe to drive in the dark and get lost. We will send you precise directions and a map . Google maps and Waze are not reliable . Also our What’s App phone number. Our aim is that you have a lovely time here and a holiday to remember without any problems. We can recommend places of interest to visit and where to see different species of wildlife., that are not featured in the guide books. The neighbourhood has a strict no drugs policy and welcomes GENUINE TOURISTS ONLY. NOT ‘ partying -down -from -the -city -for -the -weekend ‘couples. We do not tolerate anyone bringing drugs, mushrooms, Ayahuwaska or any hippy-dippy nonsense to the property. No pseudo spiritual nutcases and all the nonsense pertaining to this . No drumming , musical instruments and all irritating chanting etc etc. No euphemistically named ‘homesteaders ‘either. Please Just Normal tourists interested in the wildlife and beauty of Costa Rica . You do need a hire car to get around and we recommend the Suzuki Jiminy Jeep. It’s not so expensive with gas , it’s a small 4x4 and easy to drive and comfortable for 2 people . Book them at San Jose airport. The immediate area of Uvita has the famous Whales Tail Beach , The Uvita Waterfall, Alturas Wildlife Sanctuary, Nauyaca Waterfall, Playa Hermosa ( the most beautiful beach) Banks, supermarkets , restaurants. The nearest restaurant is a five minute drive down the mountain or a five minute drive up the mountain to Hotel Vista Ballena for breakfast and an incredible view.
