Designed to provide comfort and convenience for guests, the Springdale Residence is located in Tianhe’s prime business district where many dining, entertainment, and shopping areas await. Rooms offer free internet access. The Tiyuxi Road MRT Station is about 550 metres from the property and the Guangzhou East Railway Station is 2 km away, making travelling in and around the city quick and easy. Pazhou Complex is about 10 km away from the property. Featuring spacious and modern apartments, each is fully furnished with living and dining areas at Springdale Serviced Residence. Modern amenities include a fully-equipped kitchen, satellite TV and a washing machine. Guests can work out at the fitness centre. For guests’ convenience, business centre services and meeting rooms are available. The Springdale is within walking distance to the Victory Plaza, about 100 metres away. Tianhe City Shopping Centre is 500 metres away.
