Parcelación en sector tranquilo y seguro (dos portones de entrada) y a 5 minutos en vehículo de la playa adyacente a San Alfonso del Mar. Excelente lugar de descanso rodeado de vegetación. Comercio bien surtido a la entrada de la parcelación, varios restaurantes y cafés a menos de 5 minutos en vehículo. Acceso privilegiado a Cascadas de San Gerónimo. Podrá visitar el trecho de origen del humedal San Jerónimo, con acceso al sendero a 300m de la cabaña. Caminata de unos 15 minutos río arriba.
