To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won’t be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA).
In light of COVID-19 and for precautionary measures, the swimming pool is open with time and people restriction, with prior reservation in the front desk. Jacuzzi remains closed.
Due to government regulation, there is a maximum capacity of people simultaneously in the breakfast area, so you must register a specific time for breakfast at the front desk upon arrival. In addition, there are specific service protocols that must be carried out, such as plastic containers, among others.
