Hotel Antupiren offers rooms with Wi-Fi just 2 blocks from the beach and 4 blocks from downtown Puerto Montt in a quiet, residential area. The rooms at this family-run hotel are nicely decorated in soft tones and feature carpeted floors and central heating. Some rooms feature satellite TV. A continental breakfast with fresh juices and coffee, pancakes, and regional specialities is served in the bar, which offers scenic city views. Antupiren is a family-run hotel with 24-hour front desk assistance. They offer an express check-in/check-out service and currency exchange. There is no private parking, you can only park on the public road, which we have illuminated and has surveillance cameras. The hotel is 15 km from the El Tepual Airport. Shuttle services can be arranged.

LOCAL TAX LAW.

Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%

To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won't be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA).
