Speciale Home is are a real estate agency that deals with short term rent. We're a group of enthusiasts who want to grow tourism in the Engadine valley.

Property information

The apartment at Chesa Flugi of approximately 85 square meters is located on the first floor of the building. It is composed of a large living room with open kitchen. The kitchen has an induction hob with 4 burners, oven and dishwasher. Two bedrooms with double bed and two complete bathrooms with shower. In the basement there is a communal laundry, ski room and mechanised parking space (height 200 cm, width 230 cm, depth 500 cm) Wifi.

Neighbourhood information

Chesa Flugi is located at the entrance to Silvaplana, just 400 meters from the bus station and the village center and shops. St. Moritz is 5 km away. The Corvatsch ski lifts are 2. 5km away and can be reached by free ski bus every 30 minutes. The cross-country tracks are close to the building. Summer and winter trails start directly from the house. Skating and wind surfing/kite surfing area is 300 meters away.
