We are Percy and Anna Kirkman, owners of our 4vallees4saisons professional chalet rental and sales business in La Tzoumaz and Chamonix. We love mountains and mountain sports and spend our time sharing that love with our two young daughters and our older sons. We are fluent in both English and French. Originally from England, we both followed international careers within Procter & Gamble before making a life-changing move to the mountains when we met. After becoming the keyholders for Interhome in La Tzoumaz as our first business idea, we created the 4vallees4saisons brand to actively grow our portfolio to over 70 properties by offering a high quality bi-lingual service to both our travellers and our property owners. We believe the regions of La Tzoumaz and Chamonix are both magical and we are passionate about the beauty and opportunities of the alpine area. We have access to some of the best skiing in Europe, hundreds of kilometres of majestic hiking, fantastic mountain bike trails, wonderful family footpaths, and it is a delight to visit all year round. We want other people to enjoy La Tzoumaz and Chamonix all year round, not just now, but into the future.

A fantastic opportunity to rent an easily-accessible chalet within walking distance of the village centre and the ski lift, La Tzoumaz Chalet Cabana Luna has three bedrooms and two bathrooms downstairs and a fourth bedroom off the mezzanine overlooking the living area. It is surrounded by trees and with a rear-facing, peaceful garden. The views from the living room are stunning and you can truly sink into the mountain atmosphere with family or friends around the fireplace. Coming home after a great day in the mountains, it’s hard not to relax when you are surrounded by La Tzoumaz’ stunning panoramic views and pretty snowflakes gently drifting past the window. In summer, the birdsong from the surrounding forests is On a blue-sky day, the view stretches 20km, from the floor of the Rhone Valley up to the peaks of the Haut de Cry and the Mont Gond, and in the other direction towards the legendary Vallon d’Arby and its un-pisted ski itinerary. Take a seat in a comfy chair with a glass of local wine in the early evening. If you are in need of distraction, the mezzanine area has a TV and some books. In summer, it's a real pleasure to fire up the barbecue for lunch in the garden, and there is a covered, side terrace with picnic bench. We would be delighted to welcome your pets to Chalet Cabana Luna. Please note that in order to cover supplementary cleaning costs, pets are charged at a rate of 50chf payable on arrival. The centre of La Tzoumaz benefits from an outdoor ice-skating rink in winter, and a children's playground area in summer, with a rope-based agility park alongside more traditional equipment such as slides. A fun channel system with running water is built into the hillside to provide plenty of entertainment for older children too. At the exit of the village the Domus playground is a fabulous spot, often bathed in late afternoon sunshine, with swings, a zipline, see-saw, climbing frames and even old tractors to clamber on. It is overlooked by an outdoor cafe (check opening hours) providing drinks, snacks and ice-creams. There are rabbits, donkeys, goats, and there is also rock-climbing on the local crag in the background (contact us for equipment and instructors). The Maison de la Foret has a cafe area for drinks and snacks (check opening hours), wildlife exhibitions and its Five Senses Nature Trail with hands-on activities to borrow such as bird-whistling and learning to draw. The Nature Trail has disabled parking and is accessible to wheelchairs and children's buggies.
