A beautiful bungalow straddling the two lovely East Van neighbourhoods of Grandview-Woodland and Hastings-Sunrise. Easily accessible to Commercial Drive for shopping, dining, and many great family attractions. Nearby, New Brighton Park boasts ocean and mountain views while the historic Hastings Park and Playland (PNE) are great for kids and adults alike. Our location is walkable to numerous trendy cafes, restaurants and breweries & distilleries.. of which we have many favourites!

Thank you for taking interest in my lovely abode! My partner and I are always in the go - making the most of our passions for camping, climbing, cycling, running, and spontaneous road trips. We love exercise but equally enjoy indulging in food and drink. If you ever want suggestions for where to dine, we are happy to recommend. We get a lot of joy helping guests navigate through our beautiful city. We’re very proud to have this home and have worked very hard to keep it well-maintained, clean, and tastefully decorated. We love spending time here and we’re confident that you will too!

Centrally located near tons of great cafes, bars, restaurants as well as the PNE. Many lovely parks for walking around and lots of late night snack spots and craft breweries within a 15-20 minute walk from the house.
