This ideal location for newcomers and international students . 299 bus station 2 minutes away can access LRT,3 stops to UC, 6 stops to SAIT. Walking distance to LRT around 19 minutes. 3 bedrooms with high ceiling living room on upstairs. And 2 lovely bedrooms in walkout basement with separate entrance and cute little beautiful garden on backyard . This is a room with shared bathroom. The whole house just remodeled, fluffy carpet make you feel comfortable like baby. 2 minutes driving to high way; 5 mins to all kind of restaurant, 5 mins to costco and supermarket, 15 mins to downtown , airport. Great location in the one of the top 5 communities of Calgary. walking distance to LARGE shopping centre with everything you need, easy access airport. HIGH WAY IS EASY TO ACCESS. ALL KIND OF STORES , GROCERIES AND RESTURANT NEARBY. It's very convenient location, bus stations is couple minutes walking distance, can send you to LRT access center of Calgary, downtown, U of C AND SAIT. 15 minutes drive away to airport, 10 mins to T&T store, superstore and COSTCO,15 mins to Downtown, 2km distance to Bank, gas station, grocery store, shopping center, all kinds restaurant such as Japanese sushi 🍣, Chinese food, Italia food etc, Starbucks, pizza shop, Macdonald, AW around this community, JUST 5 MIMUTES driving AWAY. we just finished renovation last year and all funitures is high quality from ASHLEY, URBAN AND IKEA. We are confidence you will definitely love my place. thanks for your attention, see you soon.
