Our studio apartment is situated on the corner of the ground floor of an apartment building, which is over a hundred years old and set in its own gardens. Access to the building is by key-holders only, and so has extra security. (This means that we always have to meet you when you arrive to give you the keys). The interior of the apartment consists of a fully-equipped corner kitchen, a self-contained bathroom with shower and a main living-dining area with sleeping arrangements for three people (a double sofabed and a single armchair bed). There is a small hallway inside the apartment in which it’s possible to keep a couple of bicycles. Outside, there’s a patio area in front of the windows where it’s pleasant to sit on warm evenings and watch the sunset. There is a single radiator which heats the apartment on colder days.

The apartment is situated on the side of the main road between Vielsalm and Trois Ponts, opposite the Burger Time snack bar. It’s an ideal base from which to access all the various aspects of the Ardennes. There are lots of opportunities for outdoor pursuits (hill walking, canoeing and mountain biking) and for historians, there are many places to visit connected to the events at the end of WW2. There are cultural and arts activities held all year round, and for motorsport enthusiasts, the Spa-Francorchamps racetrack is only fifteen minutes away.
