Gas BBQ, undercover area with outdoor setting, large fully fenced backyard, fish cleaning facility, plenty of room for parking and the boat. Bed configuration - bed 1 - queen, bed 2 - double, bed 3 - 2 singles, bed 4 - 2 bunks.
