It is a tranquil setting with plenty of space to relax, including a sunny front verandah and a beautiful back garden with established trees and a huge outdoor deck that is great for entertaining! Featuring a large, solid timber dining table and chairs, Weber BBQ and market umbrella, the garden is perfect for children to play and your furry friend to explore while you watch on from the deck. Full of natural light as well as being cozy, there are 3 good sized bedrooms with built in robes; a central living, dining and kitchen area with all the appliances you need, and split system heating/cooling; one main bathroom with a separate toilet; a lovely annexe with large windows overlooking the back garden, fitted with a wood fire coonara to snuggle up beside on the cooler days; and a study desk and desk chair. Rosebud Pier is a focal point along the continuous stretch of sandy bay coastline, extending about 300 metres into the water it’s popular for fishing and boating. The foreshore beaches around Rosebud provide safe swimming and there are picnic areas and parklands for families to enjoy. Rosebud also has several golf courses and more options can be found only a short drive away. The shopping precinct is a great place to wander through, with paved areas, garden spaces and several wood carvings of notable local identities from the past. It offers a variety of shops, boutiques, restaurants and cafes as well as the Rosebud Plaza and local cinema complex.
