This is David's house boat. David owns the office and apartment complex behind. Angelo and Ruth live in the house boat next door and are usually around to answer any questions you may have.
Kettering is a hamlet built around a pretty harbour 30km south of Hobart. There are four cafes, a pub with meals, a post office and shop within a 5 to 10 minute walk.
Private parking on site. Infrequent local bus to and from Hobart. Next door to the ferry to Bruny Island. The ferry to Bruny Island is free for passengers without a car.
