Unique Australian Shed Style House - Central to Dunsborough Come and snuggle up this winter in our apartment shed house is perfect for your down south getaway. We are located close to the town centre but you will still feel like you are holidaying in native Australian bushland. Dunsborough town centre has bars, restaurants, wineries and shops and is a quick 5 min drive, 12 min bike ride or a 30 min walk. The apartment is a converted shed. You enter into the kitchen/dining room. The fully equip kitchen includes fridge/freezer with water and ice dispenser, full stove/oven, coffee machine, blender, glasses/cups, plates, pots and and cutlery. The room is warmed and cooled with ceiling fans and heating. Through the connecting door to the combined bedroom/living room. A comfortable queen bed with soft linens ensures a sound sleep. The lounge is big enough to snuggle together or stretch out separately. Electrical equipment includes TV and DVD, USB charging points and the room is heated or cooled by a split system air-conditioning unit. Off from the main room is a seperate bathroom and toilet. The bathroom has a spa bath to relax and let the muscles unwind. Out on the patio is a large lounge, umbrellas for shade and a BBQ for outdoor cook-ups. Pets are welcome however you must know we do not have fences. We are happy for them to be inside however not on the bed or furniture. Please groom them prior to arrival to minimise hair if they shed. A vacuum is provided should it be necessary. We live in the house right next door and are available whenever you need, however, apart from meeting you at check-in, we leave you in privacy.

I am in my 50's and very much love travelling with my family. We love quality time together in destinations where we can be active. We love to walk, run, swim, surf and ride. We had our own successful tourism business, in the North West of WA. As a result of 22 years in the industry have a sound understanding of what its like to have visitors stay at your place. We love to experience new things and cultures.

The property is semi rural, located in natural bush land. You will have the opportunity to see native Australian flora and fauna (wildflowers, kangaroos, quendas, possums, etc..). There is lots of bush to walk and hike through and a lovely walk down to the beach. When you arrive we can guide you to places of interest, wineries, restaurants and other activities.
