Escape to a relaxed and comfortable stay in Mudgee at this tasteful three-bedroom 1940s cottage. Lovingly restored in 2021, it boasts high ceilings and polished floorboards throughout. When you're not out and about discovering the many nearby restaurants and wineries, browse the incredible herb garden you’re more than welcome to pick from for dinner and cook up a feast in the well-equipped kitchen, which offers everything needed plus added extras like an espresso machine and dishwasher. Enjoy a casual meal at the kitchen bar, eat at the eight-seater dining table, or head outside to the furnished undercover deck where a BBQ, festoon lights, fire pit and children's play area provide ample space to relax and entertain. Inside, a cosy living area complete with a corner lounge, armchair and a TV is just the place to curl up with a glass of red in front of the fireplace over the cooler months. Three bedrooms sleep six guests, two featuring king-size beds and the third offering twin single beds. The stylish and contemporary bathroom includes body wash, shampoo, conditioner and a hairdryer for guest use, as well as a bathtub for taking a leisurely soak. A second bathroom with a walk-in shower, separate toilet and hand basin can be found in the laundry. Other conveniences include Wi-Fi, touch screen air-conditioning and central heating throughout, and laundry facilities including a washing machine and dryer. The property comes with a standard bedding configuration as advertised. Changes to the setup can be arranged for an additional fee of 30AUD per bed, which covers extra linen and housekeeping time.
