It features a fenced yard (900mm gardening fencing in height), secure single lock-up garage, a full-size functional kitchen with a coffee machine, and a well-appointed bathroom. For added convenience, the flat includes laundry facilities with a washing machine and dryer. Fresh finishes and a smart layout make it easy to relax. Enjoy private parking in your own driveway with direct access to a single lock-up garage, plus additional off-street parking at the front of the property. A 24-hour lockbox is provided for your convenience.
