I am available mostly through booking platform messaging but I give privacy to my guests. If there is an urgent issue, you can always call me.
I have been living in Canberra for quite some time now and can help you navigate your way around the local area if you need me. I can also provide you with tips on the best places to go for food or just to have fun!
You are welcome to book if children and will be under adult supervision at all times as this property is not child-proofed and does not include infant amenities (i.e. cot, high chair).
We don't provide HDMI cable however, you can bring your own if you wish to connect your laptop to the TV.
STRATA NOTICES: (Weather Permitting: Works may extend without prior Notice)
Fire Safety Upgrades
Passive fire protection works will run from Thursday, 19 September 2025 to May 2026 (subject to weather). This includes installing fire doors, fire-resistant barriers, sealants, and related systems, as well as inspections and certification. Contractors may need access to common/service areas. Some noise and minor disruption should be expected during work hours. Safety signage and barriers will be in place.
Building Maintenance & Window Cleaning
Scheduled from Monday, 2 September to Wednesday 24th, September, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM (weather permitting). Contractors may be visible outside windows during this time. For privacy, please keep curtains or blinds closed. Noise from rooftop works may also occur.
Pool Rectification
Pool deck works commenced 14 August and will take around 5 weeks (weather permitting), Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Expect higher noise levels during this period. The pool is expected to reopen later this year.
BBQ Facility:
Strata is currently considering a different BBQ option than the one originally specified by the landscaper.
Fire sprinklers:
The fire sprinklers are still being replaced in the basements.

This apartment is located on the first level of the building - with lift access and ease of check-in and check-out. It has a large living space, a separate bedroom, and a separate bathroom/laundry.
The bedroom has a queen-sized bed topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. They also have plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage.
The bathroom has a shower and toilet. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and body wash. You will need to re-stock depending on usage frequency and length of stay.
The living room has a smart TV that you can use to access your Netflix and YouTube accounts. Note that we don't provide Netflix, YouTube and other online streaming platforms subscriptions so you will have to use your account. The TV also has access to local channels.
You can use the kitchen if you're craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have access to the following:
- fridge/freezer
- stovetop
- microwave
- oven
- crockery and cutlery
- dishwasher
We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays.
The parking garage can fit up to 1 car.
Paid street parking is available on Mort Street
Additional parking garages are also located on Mort Street.
You will have access to the building's gym, spa, and sauna throughout your stay.
The common areas are managed by the building management and can be closed without prior notice to owners. We try our best to get the most accurate information to update the listing description as much as we can. In this regard, please check for building announcements at the time of your arrival to confirm the availability of common areas.
