Three carpeted bedrooms downstairs share a main bathroom with a bath and shower. The private bungalow includes a queen bed, TV, bar heating, and its own ensuite. Upstairs, the open-plan living area boasts a wood fire, split system, TV/DVD, and opens to a scenic deck with outdoor seating—perfect for summer BBQs. A second living space downstairs provides garden access. The fully equipped kitchen includes an electric oven, gas cooktop, dishwasher, and all essentials for family meals. Additional features include easy-care floorboards, ducted vacuum system, and a laundry. One carport space is available (note: jet ski occupies the second).
