The primary bedroom features a queen-size bed and air conditioning, the second offers a double and single combination bunk bed, while a versatile third room can be used as an office or additional sleeping space with a double-size sofa bed. Perfect for freshening up after a day at the beach, the bathroom is fitted with both a bathtub and a shower. The toilet is separate for added convenience, and the in-unit washer and dryer make it ideal for longer stays. Outdoors, the simple garden and private walkway create a peaceful entrance, with free garage parking available for easy access. The undercover seating area, complete with a comfortable lounge set, offers a shaded retreat for enjoying your morning coffee or winding down in the evenings.
