Nestled in a seaside community, this stylishly appointed property offers everything you need for a short vacation. This property does have a shared driveway and a permanent tenant to the front of the property. Enjoy Main Bedroom - Queen Bed 2nd Bedroom- Two Singles The kitchen fully equips kitchen has all essentials. Just a leisurely stroll away from one of the South Coast's most pristine and sought-after beach, this property allows you to wake up to the soothing sound of waves and the invigorating scent of sea breeze. Feel the sand between your toes and immerse yourself in the crystal-clear waters of Mollymook Beach, where swimming, sunbathing, and beach combing await. Spoilt for choice you have nearby the famous Rick Stein at Bannisters a short walk away, while the popular Asian fusion restaurant, Gwylo, and Bannisters Pavilion are both a 10-15 minute walk. The Golf Club is just 2 minutes walk as is the Surf Club, cafes and the patrolled Mollymook Beach area (during the summer).

We have friendly neighbour and quiet street. few minutes stroll to local Golf clubs, beaches, surf clubs and restaurants. Mollymook and its surrounding areas offer a range of attractions (Mollymook beach, Narrawallee Inlet, Pigeon House Mountain, Ulladulla Harbour, Milton village and Cuupitt's Winery and more)and activities (Hiking, swiming and dophin, golf and dolphin and whale watching) for visitors to enjoy. Just a few minute drive to locak supermarkets and shopping mall.
