Freshly updated and styled is this cosy self-contained studio located in Gwynneville.
Close to everything Wollongong has to offer including North Beach, Wollongong Uni, Stuart Park, Botanical gardens and much more, very walkable and excellent public transport links.
Why pay a premium for a hotel when you can have a private and cosy pad with more amenities than a hotel offers?
The studio backs on to train line so if you are a light sleeper it may disturb you. You’ll see steam trains sometimes!
I live in the house at the front of the property. I’m away some weekends but still close by if assistance is needed.
The studio is really centrally located; everywhere is a flat, easy walk; 1.2km to North Beach; 1.2km to the city; 350m to train station and bus stop; 1.3km to Wollongong uni; 950m to Wollongong TAFE
There are free buses close by; the train station is around the corner (350m or so). There is on-street free parking, can be busy some days with uni students but the street isn’t usually full.
