This spacious and newly renovated Art Deco era one bedroom unit, with parking is a rare find. /The entrance to the property is private and there are only 8 other units in the block. The property is across the road from the South bank of the Yarra River. The unit is located 150 m from; one the one side a footbridge that crosses the Yarra River, and on the other side, the entrance of the Botanical gardens. You are only a gentle 2km stroll along the Yarra River to the centre of the city and NGV and 900m from the MCG, Tennis Centre and AAMI Stadion. This is the ideal spot from which to experience the best Melbourne can offer. Although the property is on ground level and without internal stairs. There are 12 stairs from the sidewalk to the front door.
I am a retired health professional, and I still enjoy interacting and supporting people. This Short-Term-Stay investment offers me a new opportunity to again connect with interesting people, even if it is sometimes only remotely. I would like guests to relax and enjoy the luxuries of the apartment or exploring this easily accessible, beautiful and interesting city: The cultural hub of Australia.
The unit is very close to the Melbourne CBD and only 2 blocks away from the South Yarra Village to enjoy a morning coffee or 1km away from Swan Street to explore an eclectic array of pubs and restaurants. You can see the light towers of the MCG's, and the scrub and patches of the Yarra River from the front balcony. A private parking spot is available at no extra cost, and public transport (Trains and Trams) are as little as 900m walk away.
