I am available mostly through messaging but I give privacy to my guests. If there is an urgent issue, you can always call me. I have been living in Canberra for quite some time now and can help you navigate your way around the local area if you need me. I can also provide you with tips on the best places to go for food or just to have fun! You are welcome to book if children will be under adult supervision at all times as this property is not child-proofed and does not include infant amenities (i.e. cot, high chair).

BEDROOM: The bedroom has a queen-sized bed topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. It also has plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage. BATHROOM: The bathroom has a shower and a toilet. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, and body wash. You will need to re-stock depending on usage frequency and length of stay. KITCHEN: You can use the kitchen if you're craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay, you will have access to the following: - fridge/freezer - stovetop - microwave - oven - crockery and cutlery We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays. LIVING ROOM: The living room has a 50" smart TV, which you can use to access your Netflix and YouTube accounts. Note that we don't provide Netflix, YouTube, and other online streaming platforms subscriptions, so you will have to use your own account. LAUNDRY AREA: A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board. PARKING: We have one available parking space. If you require more, there is free two-hour parking on Tench Street and paid parking on Giles Street, which charges per hour. Check in information will be sent two days before your check in date and any codes will be sent four hours before your arrival, to prevent fraudulent bookings. There is a key safe for self-check-in. Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee.

The apartment is conveniently located near the Kingston Shops, providing easy access to local schools and transportation routes. You can take a pleasant stroll to the Lake Burley Griffin foreshore, where you can enjoy a variety of eateries. Additionally, the apartment is situated close to government offices, restaurants, shopping centers, and parks. Some top restaurant recommendations include Walt & Burley, The Dock, and Queenies. While you are in the area, you should definitely visit Questacon, Old Parliament House, and the National Museum of Australia.
