I have loved to travel for many years and one thing I have learnt is the importance of a comfortable place to stay. It is often the small things that can make or break accommodation. This premium Level 30, 2 bedroom (second bedroom can be 2 singles or 1 king-sized bed), 2 bathroom, 134sqm apartment has stunning views from every room – even the ensuite bath tub! This apartment has been recently refurbished with the focus on your comfort. It has been furnished with a King living modular sofa, SMART TVs with Netflix (living and master bedroom), a fully equipped kitchen including pantry items such as condiments, oils, sauces, salt/pepper, and glad wrap and a selection of pillows. When renting a luxury apartment, do not accept strict cancellation policies or not having enough toilet paper/toiletries, garbage bags or dishwasher tablets to last your stay! This apartment has it all! Rollaway single bed for the 5th guest. and porta-cot available on request (please bring own linen). One secured car space included. House rules No smoking or vaping. No pets, parties or events. No Schoolies. The Oracle observes a quiet time between 9pm and 8am. Please refrain from loud noise during this time. Check in time during school holidays is 3pm . This is due to ensure the apartments are appropriately cleaned during the peak period. Additional cleaning fees apply where the property requires excess cleaning for example food stains on furniture or floor coverings. Additional cleaning costs e.g. steam cleaning due to fake tan stains will also be payable by the guest. No check-ins or check-outs on Christmas day, New years day, or Easter Sunday.
